Master 2 Droit Chinois des Affaires

Strong of its relations and the network which has been created over the years in China, the Europe-Asia Research Institute (EARI) proposes an original and unique diploma in the French system, within the Master Droit Chinois des Affaires (Chinese Business Law).

In November each year, the Chinese Business Law Masters' graduation ceremony takes place. On this occasion, the most deserving students are awarded prizes by our partners.

Business relations with China are booming and it is necessary to forge the necessary tools to improve relations between the two countries and to the knowledge that French and European students have of the Asian giant.
The goal is to train students mainly in Chinese law but also in Chinese economy, society and language.
This interdisciplinarity appears to be primordial in an increasingly complex professional world.
It is therefore a complete multidisciplinary training to address the Chinese business world as a whole.
 

This multidisciplinary program is aimed at students holding a Master 1 in law, economics, Political science diploma ... and already learning Chinese because it is now accepted by the professional world that English is not enough to deal with Chinese partners.

Semestre 4

- L’UE 8 « Droit chinois des relations sociales de l'entreprise en Chine »
Droit du travail et protection sociale en Chine.
- L’UE 9 « Langues étrangères II »
Chinois ; Vocabulaire juridique chinois.
- L’UE 10 « Stage et mémoire » 3 mois minimum de préférence en Chine.
