Lecture by Mr Banggui JIN at Zhonghan University of Economics and Law

Mr. JIN Banggui, Director of the Europe-Asia Research Institute, visited Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (Wuhan) from April 12 to 19, 2025, at the invitation of this institution.

During his stay, Mr. JIN gave four lectures on the following topics:

1. Settlement of international tax disputes: the French and European experiences

2. Taxation procedures and relations between tax authorities and taxpayers in France

3. The French legislative system and the mechanisms guaranteeing the unity of the law

4. Legal education and training of legal professionals in France
