Summer School on Intellectual Property

During her stay in Shanghai for her final year internship, Guillemette CHABERT (class of 2024-2025 of the Master 2 in Chinese Business Law) had the honor and pleasure of taking part in the Summer School on Intellectual Property organized by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) and ECUPL (East China University of Political Science and Law - Shanghai).

The program included daily lectures on intellectual property and its current issues by professors and practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds, visits to law firms and specialized companies, and mock trials.
These activities were enriched by fascinating exchanges with experienced and up-and-coming lawyers from all over the world, and concluded with the award of a WIPO certificate. A stimulating and instructive stay in the heart of the Shanghai summer.
